Unstuck Yourself

One of the most common things people come to me for when we work together is that they're feeling stuck or lacking clarity in some way.

In this episode, we take a two pronged approach to understanding how we can start to shift the feeling of being stuck and move back into momentum.

  • We look at the pressure centres in Human Design {the head and the root} to highlight how we can get frozen in inaction when we don't understand how to manage our definition or openness here.

  • Some tangible tips to use whether you're defined or undefined to help reduce the pressure.

  • An embodiment practice at the end to loosen up the frozen energy in the body that you can come back to as often as you like to weave into your rituals.
