ever wondered what it’s like being the rarest human design type?
It was an honour to have Christie on the podcast to share her insights on what it's like to be a Reflector - the rare 1% Human Design Type. Reflectors are what I call the ‘cosmic HR department’ and they have a brilliant gift of being able to tune into the collective health and bring more balance to the whole.
They are driven to make things more just, fair and equitable and I think you can really hear that in so much of what Christie shares in this episode. And of course, I asked her to do a 'health check' on the collective and get her perspective on what's happening and what’s needed to truly move us forward.
