• Each theme has three foundational experiences to help you embody your design: an Initiation, Activation, Inspiration and Restoration. The Initiation kicks things off with a Human Design masterclass to set the scene and gain an understanding of what you’ll be experimenting with. The Activation is an energising guest expert experience that allows a deeper integration of the theme. And finally balancing things out with the Restoration which will be like the ultimate recharging station for your mind, body and soul - as well as allowing a deep embodiment and integration of the content.

• These themes are designed to be explored with over the course of a month, so Catalyst is really a one year guide to your Human Design experiment.

FAQs.

WHEN I CAN get access to the catalyst VAULT?

Whenever you like! This gives you twelve months access to all of the immersive content in The Vault. Each theme has a flow and the experiences stack together, but they are also beautiful to be enjoyed and sampled as individual experiences as you desire. This space has been designed so you never feel that you have extra things to add to your to do list. It’s all there to nourish you and to play with whenever you desire.

HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I BE WILLING TO INVEST IN to catalyst?

Catalyst is designed so that there is a theme that ties all three experiences together. However, they’re also created as stand alone experiences so you can jump in and do whichever ones that feel most nourishing to you based on your needs and desires. Feeling like you need a hit of alignment to your design? Jump in for the Initiation. Needing a boost of energy? The Activation will be perfect for you. Need a pit stop to rest and recharge? The Restoration is there for you. If you want to do all of them, you’ll need about 6 hours max per theme - designed to be explored over a month. The individual experiences are 60-90 mins each. Plus, you also have The Library to use as an ongoing daily self care practice as well.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HUMAN DESIGN, IS THIS FOR ME?

Yes! You’ll gain immediate access to The Vault, which has 3 Human Design workshops on the basics - Energy Type, Authority and Profile. From there, each month has a Human Design masterclass which will walk you through the aspect relating to that month.
