Not with hustle — but with holy resilience.

Create Like An Athlete™: The Training Camp is a 4‑week experience to strengthen your creative core, restore your rhythm, and build the stamina to carry your calling without burning out or backing down.

This is for the women who aren’t just chasing the next win, but conditioning themselves for the long game — building the strength and structure it takes to sustain legacy work.

Because potential can spark a vision — but only preparation can sustain it.

Four weeks, one framework. Built for the long game.

This isn’t a place to just learn a framework. It’s a training ground to live it.

Over four weeks, you’ll clarify what you’re here to build, put in the reps where it matters most, and cultivate the creative stamina required to carry the work God entrusted to you.

01

Week 1 – What Are You Training For?

Get clear on the vision you’re called to carry.

You’ll identify your current season in the Create Like An Athlete™ Cycle, clarify the creative edge you’re here to strengthen, and map your next chapter with anchored direction — not vague intentions.

02

Week 2 – Repetition Builds Mastery

Shift from theory to movement.

Choose one core focus — whether refining your voice, restoring creative rhythm, or deepening discipline — and start showing up with the structure and steadiness that rewires how you relate to your work.

03

Week 3 – Built to Last

Learn to hold your vision when resistance hits.

When momentum slows, you’ll cultivate spiritual and creative resilience — the kind that doesn’t rely on constant visibility or pressure to produce, but trusts your training, timing, and the God who gave you the vision.

Week 4 – Your Creative Training Plan

Leave with a repeatable rhythm that sustains you.

Design a custom creative training plan that integrates discipline and delight, momentum and margin — so you can carry your calling without burning out or backing down.

This is for you if you’re ready to build more than momentum — you’re ready to build muscle.

  • You’re a coach, creative, or consultant sensing a shift — not just in what you do, but how you want to do it.

  • You’re standing at the edge of a new chapter, craving purpose over passivity.

  • You’re tired of surface-level strategies and ready for rhythms that sustain you instead of systems that strain you.

You want:

  • Structure that supports your creativity — not formulas that choke it.

  • Steadiness in the silence and slow seasons, knowing leadership isn’t loud…it’s long.

  • Strength to carry your calling with grit, grace, and God at the centre.

This is sacred training for the woman who knows she’s been called — and is ready to build the capacity to carry it well.

“Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

Training Plan

By the end of the 4 weeks, you’ll walk away with a custom rhythm that sustains your work long after the program ends.

Why enter the training camp?

Most people don’t quit because they lack vision — they quit because they lack endurance.

Create Like An Athlete™: The Training Camp isn’t about a quick burst of inspiration. It’s about learning to stay in it — to carry the weight of the work God has entrusted to you without burning out or backing down.

Inside, you’ll learn to train your creativity like an athlete — with structure, strategy, and staying power. You won’t need adrenaline or pressure to produce. Instead, you’ll cultivate:

  • Stamina that stretches with you through creative dips and dry spells.

  • Rhythms that restore you, instead of routines that wring you out.

  • Clarity and conviction that anchor you when resistance shows up.

This is how you move with purpose instead of panic. How you keep creating from peace, not pressure.

By the end of the experience, you won’t just be inspired — you’ll be equipped. With the clarity, capacity, and creative character to carry what’s next, and the rhythm to keep going when most would stop.

“I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should…”

— 1 Corinthians 9:27

Real breakthroughs from the training camp.

“This gave me a whole new perspective on discipline — one that’s sustainable and actually supportive. I’ve tried following seasonal cycles before, but the way Kirsten teaches the Create Like An Athlete™ framework helped everything click. I finally feel like I can plan my work in a way that honours my energy instead of burning me out. I’m walking away with a roadmap I can follow for months, and for the first time in a long time…I feel empowered.”

— Christie

“The biggest breakthrough for me was reframing creative consistency. I realised I’d been holding back from starting projects out of fear I wouldn’t have the energy to finish them. Through this process, I was able to shift the stories around perfectionism and self‑judgement, and finally give myself the permission to create without pressure. It’s been so supportive and nourishing.”

— Nakita

“This experience helped me realise just how much my phone habits were draining my energy. I’d been feeling scattered and didn’t know how to allocate my focus — constantly reaching for distractions instead of moving with intention. Even after the first module, I felt more grounded and clear. I’m now setting stronger limits, being more present with my family, and creating systems that actually support me.”

— Bree

Hi, I’m Kirsten — a Leadership, Brand & Expression Mentor helping ambitious women step into their next season of clarity, confidence, and creative conviction.

For the past eight years, I’ve walked alongside coaches, creatives, and consultants as they refine their message, evolve their brand, and lead with presence that lasts. My work blends bold vision with disciplined execution — because true creative leadership isn’t built in bursts. It’s built through stamina, self-responsibility, and the daily decision to keep showing up.

That’s why I created Create Like An Athlete™: The Training Camp.

Not as a push. Not as a sprint. But as a return to strength — a training ground to rebuild your rhythm, recondition your creativity, and remember what God entrusted to you. Momentum doesn’t come from panic; it comes from trust — trusting your pace, your process, and His timing.

I’ve lived this. I’ve rebuilt from burnout. I’ve restructured entire seasons of my business — not from urgency, but from alignment. And I know that when you’ve trained for it, you can carry what comes next.

This isn’t about pressure. It’s about preparation that lasts. And I’d be honoured to train with you.
