Over four weeks, you’ll clarify what you’re building, put in the reps where it matters most, and cultivate the kind of creative endurance required to carry the work you’ve been entrusted with. Week 1 – what are you training for?

This week, you’ll identify your personal season using the Create Like An Athlete™ Cycle — getting clear on whether you’re in a pre-season, in-season, off-season or transition. Hi, I’m Kirsten - a Leadership, Brand & Expression Mentor, and I help ambitious women step into their next level of clarity, confidence and creative expression.
For over 8 years, I’ve supported coaches, creatives, consultants and service providers to refine their message, evolve their brand, and show up with conviction.
