Kell came to me standing at a threshold. She was ready to let go of a business model that no longer fit — and step into a vision that reflected who she’d become. Not only did we restructure her business, moving her from a low-cost monthly membership into a high-value mastermind aligned with her gifts, skillset and level of impact — we also curated a visual upgrade that matched the internal identity shift.

From the moment we had our discovery call, I saw it. Waves crashing behind her, sunlight wrapping around her like a spotlight.
A woman rooted in conviction, unafraid to take up space. Bold. Grounded. Joyful. Visionary. Compassionate.

That’s what I built the creative direction around. This wasn’t just a photoshoot. It was a visual declaration of identity. We shaped the mood, the tone, the textures — to reflect the woman she was becoming. Then I called in Stepha, the best in the biz and a creative partner who could not only see the vision — but elevate it. She brought it to life with such precision and power that the final images felt inevitable. Like the future had already arrived — and we’d just captured it.

A shift in leadership doesn’t just happen in your offers or pricing. It happens when the brand around you starts to reflect the woman within you — all you’re becoming, and where you’re going next. And that’s exactly what unfolded for Kell.

After Kell came to me for her personal rebrand shoot, she and her business partner Shez decided it was time to bring SheKan into the spotlight too. They were reimagining the brand, stepping into a new chapter with fresh events, bold offers, and a bigger vision for where they were headed. And they knew it was time for the visuals to match that new direction.

I hadn’t even clocked the “global” part of their IG handle at first…but as soon as I started feeling into the next chapter for SheKan, the words that kept echoing were: “We’re taking this global.” And instantly, I saw it.

Romy and Michele. The business woman special. Declaring “I’ve got a phone!”
Unapologetic. Iconic. Playful. Smart. And just like that, the creative direction snapped into focus.

Because to know Kell and Shez is to know this: Joy. Humour. Realness. Deep, life-shifting transformation. They are the kind of leaders who take their work seriously — but aren’t afraid to have fun doing it. And I wanted that to be the energy of this shoot.

And of course, the incredible Stepha came in and turned the dial to the max — bringing the vision to life like only she can.

We went full Romy and Michele with oversized novelty phones and retro touches (and even blasted the soundtrack while we shot). We also gave a nod to their legacy — incorporating a backdrop of past events and participants to honour the foundation they’d already built. It was nostalgic. It was high-energy. And possibly the most fun I have ever had on a shoot.

The best part? Before the day was over, they’d already reimagined their entire business ecosystem. Their visuals didn’t just look fresh. They sparked something. Something bold, something global. Something brilliantly them. That’s what happens when your brand reflects all of you. When your visuals reflect the energy you’re ready to lead with, not just what you’ve outgrown.

Theresa.

Theresa came to me in the midst of a profound transition. After over 20 years as a teacher — and creating The Inspired Teacher Co, an innovative company that developed a patented wellbeing app for teachers — she realised her true calling was emerging. She was a healer. She wanted to support people with their health, blending essential oils with holistic modalities to create a clinic space that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

When she first told me she wanted a shoot with me and Stepha, a vision instantly sparked in my mind: Mermaid Luxe.

The day of the shoot, nothing went according to plan. Rain poured, golden hour disappeared, props went missing, and darkness fell faster than expected. I even temporarily lost my phone — along with all the BTS footage! Thankfully (and miraculously) I found it… face down in the sand, in the pitch black, with a cream coloured case.

But sometimes, when the plan goes out the window, it makes space for something even better. The whole shoot became one of those “if God is for us, who can be against us?” moments (you can catch the full adventure in my vlog). Stepha’s creative genius and quick, innovative thinking meant we could lean into the conditions, trust the vision, and somehow – the unimaginable unfolded.

The results were beyond what we’d dreamed. The images captured Theresa’s essence with such depth that she could finally see the woman she was becoming. Not just a teacher. Not just a business owner. But a radiant healer – standing in her new identity for the very first time, and seeing herself in it too.
