IDENTIFYING YOUR STRENGTHS AND KICKING YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS TO THE CURB

Before we launch in to finding our purpose, we need to identify what is holding us back, and clear the energy of our limiting beliefs, of any unresolved pains from the past. Letting go of what no longer serves us is a key element to being able to move forward. One of my biggest lessons from my own journey is in order to move forward, we have to let go first. Give up to go up! Limiting beliefs are one of my favourite things to dive in to. These are the beliefs that are holding us back or keeping us playing small. When we face off with what is holding us back (eg. the story of ‘i’m not good enough’), we get to see that it is usually a choice about ourselves, or a belief we have adopted from someone else or an event that left us with an emotional scar. Then we get to choose something different, something we do want to believe and something that will serve us now.
